KKH Antenatal Programme

Hi! I attended the weekend one-day intensive course at KKH earlier this year and honestly found it really worth it, they cover labour and delivery, breastfeeding, newborn care, and even postnatal physiotherapy all in one go, so it's quite comprehensive. Someone in my mum group mentioned the instructors are certified medical specialists and nurses, so the information feels very reliable and not just generic stuff you'd hear anywhere. Some mums prefer the 4-week weekday course if they want to absorb the content more slowly, but if you and your partner both work, the weekend intensive is super convenient since it's just one day to block out. Registration fills up pretty fast though, so I'd sign up as soon as the slots open.
