Utrogestan (Oral or Vagina)

Anyone prescribed Utrogestan. Did you all take it orally or insert? Is there a difference in the effectiveness. Needs some clarification. Both gynae telling me different things.

I took it orally. Taking it through the vagina will reduce the side effects such as drowsiness.
