Anyone of u parents always put your baby to bedtime the same timing but one night you feel like going back late which mean later sleeping time for your lo( go home shower etc) , will the sleeping pattern change too?

Yes it can affect them for many days. So my husband and I changed our lifestyle and don’t delay the bedtimes at all

I don’t know about yours, but for my daughter, it takes at least 3-4 days to readjust her body clock
