Anyone knows what's this? And how to cure it? It's been there since the hospital stay for my newborn.

I think it's Milia. Many newborns have it. My baby had it on her upper lip. Was gone around 10-11 weeks.

Is it only on the neck? If you see the same on back and tummy, then could be chicken pox..
