Upper back pain, any remedies?
Anyone know how to relieve upper back pain? Just turned 15 weeks.

Nothing much that can be done. Just put lots of cushion/pillow when resting/sleeping/seating. Using maternity belt support. Spouse can help to massage back lightly.
