I had 2x bleeding and 1x tummy ache in 1st Tri. I went to gynae and they gave me the jab and medication

hi!did the baby went well?i was bleeding when i was 6half weeks but doc didn't say anything abt the bleed only say can see the baby tisu and no heartbeat as the bby was too small.quite worried for the baby
