Having Gastric In 1st Trimester

Hi, anyone having serious gastric like me during 1st tri of pregnancy? I am preg with 6weeks now and having a serious gastric, no appetite at all and keep vomit.

I'm about there too, nausea (never throw up) and no appetite, bloatedness (flatulence). The morning sickness happens throughout most part of the day. These few days, I tried to take some plain crackers when I feel nauseated and it's been helping! Try this. We can do it.

yes it's very helpful, plain crackers lagi dapat tayu Meron mga mama, especially sa maseselan like me
