Intense hunger pangs

Hi anyone having the experience of intense hunger pangs in between meals/ middle of the night? And also tasteless sensation in the mouth? Hope it’s not something to be concerned about at this stage. Thanks!

I’ve been having hunger pangs every 4 hourly in the day. I will have feeling to gag when I get too hungry (esp like waiting for my colleagues for lunch). Not sure if that counts as nausea. I am fine in the night. I still enjoy my food a lot! Cravings come easily too.
