Headaches - 1st trimester

Anyone having constant headaches in first Trimester? I’m currently on my 12th week and this headache doesn’t go away at all. How safe is it to take Panadol?

Stay hydrated , rest more. If you really cannot take it, do take only the normal panadol, cannot take other panadols.
