Constipation in the morning diarrhea in the evening..

Anyone have this issue? Im in wk 14 now. tiring and abit frustrated to be constipated then stomach starts churning and diarrhea in the evening. 😓 pregnancy sure is tough. 🤣 #pregnancy #firstbaby
