Hard to shit!!

Anyone has the same problem? Im in my third trimester but it seems that im having a problem shitting!! Didnt manage to poo properly coming to 4 days!! What can i do?

Drink prune juice, eat more fibers! I poop at least three times a day and I'm in my 3rd tri. =)
