I had small pimples and bumps on my belly during pregnancy too, mummy 😊 My OB said hormonal changes can cause all sorts of skin changes. For me, they went away after some time and weren't anything serious. If they're very itchy, painful, spreading quickly, or you're concerned, I'd mention it to your OB at your next visit just for peace of mind ❤️
