I feel you too, it takes time and more practice. I do craddle and use swing your body and hum some baby songs. First time mum and learning how to bath baby recently and slowly getting better each day. Jiayous!
be confident and provide support for her neck and back. babies can feel it if you’re not confident and hence feel uncomfortable when you carry her
