Anyone has engaged a baby sitter from bbnanny? Are the babysitter trustable ? Or any where else to look for baby sitter for a 4 months baby . Which is better ? Getting a maid or a full time nanny? Thank you

I think it really depends on luck. My friend's mom is really a good babysitter in East. So lucky for us to have her help looking after my gal.
