Sleeping position in trimester 2

I'm at week 18. So far no sleeping position comfortable for me. Having difficulty to sleep. every night I will keep on turning left, right or on my back.

Now in my third trim (35wks) but i sleep like anyhow… not always on my left. My firstborn was more auto for my body to sleep left 😂😂
