Sleep through at 1?

Anyone has 1 year old that is still waking up for bottles 1 to 2 times a night? Mine gets dinner at 5.30pm, have a bottle at 7.45pm, goes to bed at 8pm and will have a bottle around 11pm and sometimes at 5am. He will wake drink and sleep without fuss. But he doesn't seem ready to drop those night feeds. Just wondering if anyone has managed to wean their 1 year old off the night feeds?
