Would not recommend. Extremely poor bedside manners - answered patient’s queries in a lackadaisical manner and literally said “I don’t know” without further elaboration to one query. Showed a complete lack of empathy. I also did a urine culture test at Parkway Shenton (where Dr Clara Ong was attached to) which revealed the presence of E.Coli bacteria, and hence possible UTI which can have serious consequences if not treated in time. Dr Clara Ong took more than two weeks to notify of the result even though the report was ready two weeks earlier. Did not explain the delay or results to me apart from saying that I just needed to take a course of antibiotics that she had ordered. When I asked the nurse for the reason for the delay in notifying me, she sheepishly said that Dr had to “look through all the reports”. I cannot understand how this explains a delay of more than two weeks.
