Yes it’s normal to experience at night sleep. Do massage ur leg to alleviate the cramp pain. Also drink more milk to boost calcium level and it will reduce the occurrence of leg cramps.

very normal. it will get worsen when you're in the third trimester 😅 nothing to worry, you just need a leg massage... that's all

That's normal , I also experienced that when I was pregnant... just elevate your feet and massage it slowly

Yes i do have, so before i go to bed my husband will massage my legs
