Try to ask the pediatric dermatologist in Philippine Children Medical Center. One of the best doctors for skin especially for children. My daughter is 2 years old and she's started her ezcema or atopic dermititis at the same age the expect give us a daily routine . 1. Bath with warm water 2. After taking a bath apply petroleum jelly (apollo) 3. After applying petroleum jelly apply the moisturizing lotion ( dove, cetaphil, aveeno) 4. After the lotion dried up apply the given cream which is prescribed by the pediatric dermatologist. Thats morning and evening routine :) hope it helps :)
Normally doctor will prescribe steroids cream for your little one. I would recommend to look for more natural remedies/creams for your little one first, brands such as moogoo, four cow farm are common one. If you need skin specialist contact, my friend recommended me this one. http://www.eileentanskin.com/contact-us
I would recommend http://www.babesntotsclinic.net/ I know there's alot of issues with applying steroids for babies but if it's really bad like what my daughter had, the doctor had no choice but to introduce steroid. I have tried almost all methods given by other mothers and even polyclinic doctors but none seem to work.
Eczema take quite some time to get resolved. Applying steroid cream is not a bad thing if it really works for ur child. My boy has skin probs too n i tried using lots of creams n it doesnt work. So far, steroid cream is working well, so i continued..

Atopiclair is the most recommended moisturizer cream for atopic dermititis or also known as ezcema for kids. Non- steroid so that is safe for kids it also lessen the itchiness especially at night :)
You can try Dr Liew Woei Kang from Paediatric Allergy Immunology Rhematology Centre at Mount Elizabeth Novena. I have been seeing him for my 8-month girl’s eczema which is caused by food allergies.
Yes, my girl’s eczema is under control now. Avoided the allergens (diagnosed via a blood test) and used non-steroidal medication.
Try Dr Ho at Health-Link Amk at Blk 108 Amk Ave 4. He specialised in any kind of skin conditions. My kids were prescribed Elomet and it’s been good!
I don't think there is a good pd. They seem to pretty much prescribe the same thing whenever I go. Typical moisturiser, and steroid
thanks
