For confinement? Take pic of bb when born you may check ICA website to see what allowances they give for new born.
Then hub take wifey ic, baby birth certificate and confinement centre letter to expedite (confinement centre proof that they waiting to receive you upon discharge) to ICA to make the passport. Hearsay collection can be done on day of or the next day itself.
