Single umbilical artery is something your OB would have flagged and is monitoring for, so the best thing is to follow up with them at your next scan or appointment and ask specifically what they're watching for and what the plan is. Most babies with this do absolutely fine, but your doctor will know your specific situation and can give you real reassurance rather than what Dr Google throws at you.
