nauseous & constipation at 16w+3

anyone feeling nauseous and constipation at 16wplus? i been having this since the start or my second trimester. idk what to do. any home remedies recommendations?

Oh dear, 16 weeks and still dealing with both nausea AND constipation, you are definitely not alone.. For the constipation, the things that seemed to help most are drinking a lot more water throughout the day, eating high-fibre foods like oats, brown rice, prunes, and figs, and doing light walking after meals. For the nausea, small frequent meals really do make a difference because an empty stomach actually makes it worse, so try not to go too long between eating even if you have no appetite. That said, since it has been going on for a while, it is really worth mentioning all of this to your gynae or doctor so they can check everything is fine and suggest something safe for your specific situation :))
