Numbness in hand

Hi anyone feel numbness in both hand (sometime alternate hand) when sleeping and Back to normal during the day? I started to feel this way in my week 16. Do anyone know why is this so? Is it normal?

I experienced that too but I don't know if is it normal, ang ginagawa ko nalang is binababad ko sa maligamgam na tubig 😅

yes i experience hand numbness during sleeping and sometime during day. hope is ok just a symptom in third trimester
