20w4d and not getting good sleep! :(

Hi! Anyone face this problem as well? Tried with aircon and with no aircon (just fan) and either way I wake up almost every hour. I work as a teacher so it has been very exhausting for me. Are there any tips? Thanks in advance, mummies! 🥰
