Abdominal cramps week 33

Hi, anyone experienced on off cramps at around week 33? Is this normal? Is it signs of contractions? Felt like menses cramps but bearable #FTM

Same im also experiencing it now like once in a while. At 30 weeks now. Also scared its contraction but some say its braxton hicks
