Mine wasn’t pregnancy-related, but I get wanting to avoid meds. What helped me was seeing a doctor to figure out what was actually causing the pain. I saw Dr Sean Ng, an orthopaedic surgeon, and he was quite understanding about not wanting to rely on medication. He suggested some posture adjustments and simple exercises. It might be worth seeing someone just to rule out anything more serious and to get advice that’s safe for your situation. Hope it eases up for you soon!
