Misdiagnosis

Hi anyone ever had a misdiagnosis by doctor that baby is not growing ? As initial due date given by doctor doesn’t match the dates I conceived as we didn’t have any sexual intercourse during that period. And baby also in very early stage now week4/5. Would really appreciate any help or advice given. Thank you.
