Baby crying all the time

Anyone ever feels that the only time their baby isn’t crying is when he is eating or sleeping? It’s so disheartening to see my baby do that.. ? We made sure he is not hungry, diaper is changed, room temperature is okay and still nothing works. Even carrying him sometimes don’t work and he’s still throwing a fit . The only way it to let him latch then he stops crying.. I’m so emotionally exhausted and upset when he cries ...
