No heartbeat at week 8

Anyone encountered no heartbeat at week 8? So far not much pregnancy symptoms. Went for scan but the feotal is still growing.

Hey, would like to know the outcome. Am in same situation. 7+ weeks no heartbeat but baby growing.

Have you tried to ask your gynae on the lack of heartbeat at this point?
