Rashes like bumps on baby cheeks and earlobe

Anyone encounter rashes like bumps on cheeks and earlobe? No new product was use. Bedsheet and towel change every two days. Have been using cetaphil since born and baby is 42 days now. It’s day 2 of the rashes, mainly on cheeks, ear and scalp but not on anywhere else

Hi yes I encountered this problem. My baby had rashes developing around Day20 till around 1.5 months old. I suspected it could be due to formula allergy and changed the brand after discussing with doctor as she had colic too. Then I switched to exclusive breastfeeding after 1.5 months and the rashes started to disappear around 2 months. Good to check with your PD.
