Drained out at 34 weeks?

Anyone else here feeling drained out nearing yr edd? I was so tired today when all I did were the normal chores I always do. Doesn't help that back is aching like hell. 😮‍💨 Any tips to relieve this pain? My prenatal massage is not until next week.😭😭
