Is Post partum knee pain normal???

Anyone else experiencing post partum knee pain? I gave birth in Oct and ever since, I realised I can’t squat down/sit down on the floor cause my knees will be in soo much pain and feel so weak I literally need help getting up 😭😭 is this normal?
