Anyone else deals with nausea by eating? Everytime I feel nauseas, I will eat something. It works. But on top of that, I also get hungry every hour. So I'm constantly eating from the time I wake up until the time I sleep. Of course it's always small things like a piece of cookie. Or sweets. Or a mouthful of sandwich. Or I will drink soya bean.
But I don't want to put on alot of weight this time. 1st pregnancy, I gained 20kg and it wasn't easy losing everything. Anything else I can do to fight off nausea??
