post natal csect

Anyone did post natal after csect? Do you allow the person to massage your stomach?

Yes. Must wait longer than for vaginal delivery. Need to heal inside before can massage. Some people say can massage after 2 to 4 weeks but I don't believe you should. I still felt pain inside which means u are not ready for the tummy to be massaged. I waited til about 6 weeks after c sec to start post natal massage.
