Anyone did not order catering for confinement and cook yourself or mother or mother in law cook for you? What are the menus you all have suitable for confinements?

I have already bookmarked the link and will let my mother have it for references during my coming confinement. Alternatively, you can purchase pre-pack confinement herbs to boil the soups such as Eu Yan Sang which costs about 290.
