Anyone consume pati ikan haruan during confinement after csect and hows your wound healing?

I took pati ikan haruan after my C-sect and my wound healed quite well, a friend of mine tried it too and said the same thing. Still good to check with your gynae or PD first just to be safe, especially after a C-sect.
