Weeks+days? Months?

Can anyone consult me with the weeks and days and also month? How did they calculate the weeks = months? I really dont know how.. So please teach me. Mom to be of 14w5d here♥️

if i'm not mistaken they count it from the last time the period come. not sure exactly hoe but you can always ask the nurse when go for check up
