Severe IUGR baby

Anyone’s baby is diagnosed with IUGR? When i was 30 weeks, doctor said that my baby’s weight is only 1.1kg. During the scan, it showed that the blood flow from my placenta to baby is not good and doctor said that its showing reversed blood flow. Even the blood flow in my baby’s brain is not great. Any mummies have experience this and what can i expect after birth? Also what can i do to improve the situation or atleast maintain ? :(
