Perhaps it's made in where. The red one should be packed in Singapore. The green one looks like it has malaysia's symbol. I used the red one for my boy. I'm not sure about the nutritional value tho... Some of malaysia's products target for a bigger age group... Like 0-12months for e.g.. But most Singapore products got difference, 0-6 & 6-12mths
