Nursing chair after c section
Anybody please recommend a good nursing chair after a c section?

Hi! After c-section, honestly the chair becomes your best friend, you really need something that supports your back properly while you're healing. From what I've heard around, mums rave about chairs with adjustable lumbar support and a good recline function, because you can't be hunched over while nursing when your incision is still tender. The power-adjustable features seem to make a big difference; one mum I know swears by having the headrest and lumbar support dialed in just right so she's not straining her core at all. A 270° swivel and deep recline are also mentioned a lot, since it lets you shift positions easily without needing to get up and down constantly, that's huge for recovery. If you can find one with cup holders too, that's a nice bonus so you've got water and snacks within arm's reach while you're stuck in the chair! Definitely worth prioritising comfort over style in the first few months.
