Anybody here has already read Harry Potter Cursed Child book? How's it? Is it a good gift to a 12-y.o.?

Yup! Harry potter books can be read by children as young as nine! But I'd suggest they read the first seven books first!

Haven't read it pero nagstart ako magbasa nung Harry Potter 12 years old ako so it should be fine! :)
