My SIL just gave birth and husband can accompany. For visitor wise from wat he told me is max 5 person. Not sure if its 5 person per day. Only two person can come up and to take turn.

Husband can accompany you. The general hospital policy now is to have 5 pre-designated (cannot change), registered visitors per patient, and only 2 can visit at one time.
