Left neck and arm ache

Hi anybody experiences left neck and arm ache when preg? Those that makes it hard for you to sleep 😭

For me, I have right arm ache and right calf cramps. Couldn’t sleep almost the whole night. So sad especially when you see your partner sleeping comfortably. I’m trying to invest compression socks and arm sleeves. Hope it helps.
