Induce at 39 weeks with no Dilation but baby head low?

Anybody experienced this? And how did the Labour go? I'm afraid of needing to csect..

i was induced at 40 weeks with 0cm dilation to start with and baby head down but still high up. my advice, if afraid, dont ask hahaha itll make you even more afraid. goodluck mummy! praying a smooth delivery for you with a healthy baby ♥️🥰

total 23hrs in labour, 2hrs of pushing and with 3rd degree tear. no time for emergency csect bc baby head alr in and out 😅
