Stoked mama of 1 sweet lil boy

Stick to the required amount of carbs that your healthcare provider tells you per meal. Don't forget to at least 10min walk after meals so there's still exercise. Monitor your blood sugar. If it spikes beyond limit set, reassess the food you just ate. When I'm extra hungry and I dont want to put in more carbs/sugar, I snack on nuts.
