Any ways to prevent keloids from forming after Csec?

I heard you should avoid eating fish after c-section. I checked with my friend who has c-section and has keloid scars, she mentioned her gynae prescribed silicon dressing called Cerederm (10pcs to be used over 40-60 days since 2nd mth). It is placed over the scar and prevents formation of Keloids. Her scar now looks light pink and blends well into the surrounding skin.

My ob advised me to always use my binder the lesser rubbing of the stitches help in avoiding keloids plus she prescribed dermatix.. She did mention though that im still at the "younger age" category i may be more prone to keloids than older patients.
