Any remedy for diaper rash?

If the rash is really bad, I recommend using Desitin Maximum Strength to cure it first. It worked wonders for my baby. Once the rashes got better, you can try Earth Mama Angel Baby's Bottom Balm to maintain a healthy & smooth bottom! Works great ever since i've tried it on my baby...no more rashes! :)
