I heard VandaYoga is highly recommended especially if you are new to yoga. The website states that no prior yoga experience is needed. VandaYoga has small class numbers and supportive instructors guide their students through gentle pre-natal yoga exercises. Classes are usually conducted in Buona Vista, City Square Mall and Safra Toa Payoh. You can find out more from her website: http://www.vandayoga.com/ You can also call if you have enquiries or drop by any one of their studios: +65 9751 8379 - 180 Kitchener Road, City Square mall, #08-05, Stepping Out Studio, Singapore 208539. - 50 Collyer Quay, OUE Bayfront, Singapore 049321 - Safra Toa Payoh, 293 Toa Payoh Lorong 6 #02-01 Singapore 319387

I've heard good reviews for Como Shambala. One of my friends tried it and found the instructor friendly and knowledgeable. She also liked the studio which feels very clean and relaxing (to her). The pace and intensity of the class was good and she always feel more refreshed (and "stretched out") at the end of each session. Not sure of the pricing and class schedules now but you could enquire via their website if you are interested: http://www.comoshambhala.com/singapore/classes/yoga/pre-natal-yoga

I went to Yoga inc, the one at Punggol Safra. They have a few outlets around Singapore too. The instructors themselves are mummies too and so far they are very nice and encouraging too!

thanks
