Any recommendation for a trike that is suitable for a 16m?

My nephew loves this one! It's available at Toys R Us. Too bad they live in a small apartment so he always bumps into the walls and we can't go fast on it, plus it's hard to do U-turns, but he lasts so long on this thing when we go to the park!
