Maybe you can take unpaid leave till your baby is older and you are comfortable enough to leave him in a daycare centre. Other option is, you mention your need to bf baby/pumping time/nursing room. If the company respect your requests, it shows a good reputation from the beginning. It is not worth it to be in an environment which does not support your breastfeeding idea.
